The Turning Spiral
The triskele has three arms and all of them are moving. It is one of the oldest motifs in Europe and one of the few that refuses to sit still — you cannot look at it without your eye starting to travel, which is presumably the entire idea. Whatever it originally meant, it meant motion.
The Turning Spiral is a symbol that never settles, working exactly as designed.
