Shipping & Delivery

Simple, upfront delivery. We show the delivery charge before payment and do not add a second shipping charge for each print in the same order.

• Ireland: free standard delivery.
• United States: €19 standard delivery from Ireland. US import charges may be payable separately before delivery; see the US section below.
• Other international destinations: €19 standard delivery where the destination is available at checkout. Local duties or taxes may apply outside the EU.

United States orders

Orders for the United States ship from Ireland. Current US rules no longer give ordinary low-value commercial purchases an automatic duty-free exemption. Unless checkout expressly says that duties and import charges are included, any amount assessed by US customs or the delivery network is paid by the recipient before delivery.

For US deliveries, please use a full physical street address; PO Boxes are not accepted on the current An Post US goods route. Please also use an email address you check, because the delivery/customs partner may need to contact you securely about an import payment before the parcel can continue.

If a customs or import payment is requested, it must be paid within the deadline stated by the carrier. If it is not paid, the parcel may be returned to us.

Dispatch and tracking

Orders are prepared carefully for transit. Where tracking is included with the selected delivery service, tracking information is sent after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs processing, carriers, public holidays and circumstances outside our control.

Other destinations outside the EU

Orders sent outside the European Union may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes, brokerage charges or other fees imposed in the destination country. Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. Once an order has been dispatched we may not be able to redirect it.

Damage, delay or non-delivery

The Celtic Factor remains responsible for the goods until you, or a person nominated by you, takes physical possession of them, except where you independently arrange your own carrier. If an order arrives damaged, is materially delayed or does not arrive, contact us through our Contact page with your order details. Where relevant, please keep the packaging and take photographs so we can resolve the problem quickly.
