These terms apply when you use The Celtic Factor website or purchase products from us. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping page and Returns & Refunds page. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Products

We aim to describe and display our artwork accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished printed product. The dimensions, format and framing status shown on the product page form part of the product description.

Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, frames, mounts, furniture and other display props shown in lifestyle images are for presentation only and are not included with the print.

Prices, offers and payment

The price and any offer shown at the time you place your order apply to that order, subject to correction of obvious errors. Applicable delivery charges are shown before payment. Automatic multi-buy discounts apply only where the checkout confirms that the qualifying conditions have been met.

Order acceptance

After you place an order, we may send an electronic acknowledgement. We may refuse or cancel an order where there is an obvious pricing or listing error, a payment or fraud issue, a delivery restriction, or another legitimate reason that prevents fulfilment. If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the amount due.

Delivery

We deliver to the destinations offered at checkout. Delivery information, international customs information and current shipping charges are set out on our Shipping page.

Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

Your cancellation, return and refund rights are set out on our Returns & Refunds page. Those terms do not replace or reduce your statutory consumer rights.

Artwork and intellectual property

Buying a physical print gives you ownership of that physical copy. It does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, licensing rights or commercial-use rights in the artwork, The Celtic Factor brand, photography, text or other protected content. Website use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or reproduce protected content unlawfully, or use the website in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of others.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms published when you place an order apply to that order, subject to mandatory law.
